Before her interview went live, Solange Knowles (Beyonce’s sister) was asked off-air if she would talk about Jay-Z’s Las Vegas Club 40/40, maybe a little Beyonce, etc. The answer was obviously no, the anchor agreed not to mention it. Solange wasn’t aware that this happened off the air, so when they went live after she was enthusiastically welcomed to the show, Solange went off! Yep, she did refer to Jay-Z as the “brother in-law”

Julius Carry III, known as “Sho Nuff”, from The Last Dragon has died. Carry was known as the shogun of Harlem, and died yesterday. It seems like everyone is dying lately. First we had Bernie Mac, then Isaac Hayes, and now actor Julius Carry “Sho Nuff” has died. Details of Julius Carry’s death have not be given, the actor was only 56. Carry has appeared in many roles, including Dr. Abraham Butterfield on Doctor, Doctor and the Bounty Hunter Lord Bowler in the The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. Carry was probably most well known by his cult classic film, The Last Dragon, in which he portrayed villain, Sho’nuff. There are reports that he passed away on August 19th,2008 of pancreatic cancer. There are little details of his death at this time. The exonerated crooner is suing two nightclub promoters he claimed unlawfully used his name and image to promote an event. According to the lawsuit, promoters Toi Crawford and Shane Mooney “willfully” used flyers bearing the singer’s likeness to generate a large audience to their club. R. claims that the pair’s alleged wrongdoing caused “irreparable harm” and is seeking unspecified damages.
